Junior Sales Consultant

Ediscom Spa, a well-established Digital Company based in Turin, specialising in E-mail Marketing, SMS Advertising, Lead Generation, SEO and SEM, Native & Display Advertising, is currently looking for people to join their team in a Junior Sales Consultant role.

The new recruits will join the sales team as Junior Sales Consultants, reporting to the department supervisor, and their job will be to:

  • Research new prospects through the channels made available by the company (via telephone, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Provide consulting on the services offered, presenting the most suitable marketing solutions for each client
  • Develop commercial offers and manage clients in the after-sales phase
  • Analyse data for reporting purposes
  • Attend meetings in the company and/or at clients’ offices
  • Liaise internally with the creative team, development team and after-sales team, in order to monitor and optimise the services provided
  • Analyse the market and possible competitors

Soft skills required

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Result-driven and focused on objectives
  • Logical reasoning and flair with clients
  • An open-minded and friendly approach to create profitable partnerships
  • Outgoing personality

Hard skills required

  • Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel)
  • Commercial / outbound experience considered a plus, even if only minimal

Education

  • Three-year or five-year university degree in Marketing, Economics, ICT and Media or Communications or a post-graduate Master's degree in the same subjects, even with a different qualification
  • A six-month paid internship will be offered initially for training purposes, with the intention then being to offer a position within the company.
